The role involves troubleshooting technology, performing handyman tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Assist with WiFi, logins, software updates, and basic IT issues
Perform light handyman work (minor repairs, mounting, assembling furniture)

Assist with deliveries and supply transport between location
Provide light day porter and facilities support as needed
