Systems Administrator
Kintegra Health is seeking a Systems Administrator to assist with core IT Operations. The role involves managing server infrastructure, monitoring network systems, and supporting cloud applications while providing high-level support to service desk operations.

Responsibilities
Manage and provide support for servers
Monitor and manage networks
Provide high-level technical support to assist service desk technicians
Perform application configuration and maintenance tasks
Perform server administration tasks for Windows users
Manage all server backups
Make recommendations for future technology standards
Create and maintain documentation for all information technology processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing no more than 50 lbs. without assistance
Manual and physical dexterity
Ability to read and understand the English language
Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality of records and communicate with all levels of personnel
Valid NC driver's license
Three to Five years of systems administration, enterprise-level IT support experience or an equivalent Combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed
Experience with Windows desktop and Server OS and MS Office
Experience with managing VMWare, VEEAM, and other associated system administration tools
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, AD administration, user account creation and Internet email
Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
Associate's degree in information technology or IT certifications
Preferred
4+ years' work experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Server Administration, Microsoft Office 365 Administration, VMWare, Veeam, desktop hardware and printers, good communication skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, strong sense of urgency, project management
Comp TIA A+, Network + or Microsoft MCP certifications preferred
