Responsibilities

Support and maintain EDI transactions including, but not limited to, 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, and 997 documents
Monitor EDI transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with partner requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI mapping, translation, and communication issues
Coordinate onboarding, testing, and certification of new trading partners
Develop, modify, and maintain EDI maps and specifications
Collaborate with business, ERP, and application teams to integrate EDI with internal systems
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues
Document EDI processes, standards, and partner requirements
Support EDI upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and HIPAA (if applicable)

Required

3+ years of experience supporting EDI systems and integrations
Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and transaction sets
Hands-on experience with EDI tools and translators (e.g., Sterling, Gentran, BizTalk, MuleSoft, Boomi, Cleo, or similar)
Experience troubleshooting EDI mappings, envelopes, and acknowledgements
Solid understanding of file transfer protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS)
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical EDI solutions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
