Responsibilities

Work on production line(s) and ensure quality meets customer expectations
Observe the operation of machines and report equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor to ensure continuous product flow
Perform changeovers on the production lines according to customer orders
Assist with training new employees, operators, and material handlers
Assist production team with cleaning and organization of manufacturing areas
Handle products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards
Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines
Other duties as assigned

Required

Prior production and/or manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
Essential reading and writing skills are required
Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations
Dependable, fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice
