Responsibilities
Handle complex probate and trust litigation matters from inception through resolution
Develop and execute litigation strategy across multi-issue disputes
Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs
Take and defend depositions
Manage your own docket with autonomy and accountability
Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel
Play an active role in building and growing a long-term practice
Qualification
Required
Active Texas law license
5+ years of probate litigation experience
Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
Proven legal writing and advocacy skills
Experience handling depositions
Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships
Interest in developing referral relationships and a sustainable practice
Preferred
Consistent record of high achievement
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong academic background and writing credentials
