Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis
Establish performance management budgeting
Forecasting activities to include variance analysis
Trend identification
Workforce planning drivers
Risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans
Integrates information from multiple financial systems
Consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations
Timely and accurately consolidates financial results
Monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers
Government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting
Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics
Visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy
Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
Maintains applicable internal and external policy, procedure, and controls for compliance
Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations
Support Outlook, CSR and balance sheet reviews
Qualification
Required
Perform financial analysis
Establish performance management budgeting and forecasting activities
Conduct variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment
Develop mitigation plans to support an Integrated Logistic Support contract
Integrate information from multiple financial systems, processes, and functions
Consolidate financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash)
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting to internal and external customers
Government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting
Develop and utilize forward-looking data analytics, visualization, and trend analysis
Provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
Maintain applicable internal and external policy, procedure, and controls for compliance
Support proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations
Support Outlook, CSR, and balance sheet reviews
Preferred
EVM toolset experience (Cobra, Open Plan)
Adherence to PPMP-01
CSDR, CFSR experience
