Responsibilities
Organize, schedule and track the progress of design and social projects
Coordinate the production of digital, social and video assets, including resizing, exporting and preparing design files according to specs
Manage and track ticket assignments between client and internal teams
Facilitate clear communication between creative, strategy, client and production teams
Maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Prepare and distribute project briefs, production notes and status updates
Manage incoming and outgoing creative assets, ensuring correct formats, specs and naming conventions
Oversee version control and maintain organized file systems
Perform quality checks on final files prior to delivery
Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance efficiency
Maintain production guidelines, asset libraries and documentation
Partner with leadership to identify resource gaps and staffing
Track financial health of projects and report on and escalate to leadership as needed
Participate and run internal kickoffs, creative reviews, statuses and production meetings
Communicate updates and escalate issues proactively to stakeholders and leadership
Helps maintain positive team morale during high-pressure periods by promoting clarity, support and steady communication
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in a creative agency, marketing team or design environment for entertainment brands, media, product or similar
Strong understanding of design and creative production processes, file formats and production standards, platforms and marketing trends (social & digital)
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and quality control
Preferred
Preferred experience with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Wrike, Trello, Frame.io, Google Suite Drive etc.)
Familiarity with static/motion/video production workflows and programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) is a plus
