Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the director and senior leadership team
Respond to emails and return voicemails in a timely and professional manner
Screen incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Complete other duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of recent administrative assistant experience
Professional demeanor and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (basic Excel sufficient)
