Customer Care Coordinator

They are seeking a Customer Care & Retail Operations Coordinator to support customer orders fulfilled directly from store inventory and enhance customer communication. This role involves coordinating with retail teams and managing order processes to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer needs.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely, on brand manner
Coordinate with retail store teams to locate available inventory and fulfill customer orders
Manage order processing, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds
Resolve delivery issues, address updates, and order discrepancies
Ensure accurate and efficient execution of customer orders
Communicate across Customer Care, Retail, E-Commerce, and Operations teams
Support high volume sales periods, launches, and in store fulfillment needs
Support high-volume sales periods, promotions, and store driven fulfillment needs
Ensure accurate execution of orders fulfilled through retail locations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service experience (retail, fashion, or e-commerce preferred)
Comfortable working in a retail and fulfillment environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
Calm, solution driven, and customer-focused
Team oriented with the ability to multitask
Experience with Shopify, POS, or order management systems
Fashion or contemporary/luxury brand experience
Ability to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks
