Brand and Engagement Manager
The Bruning Law Firm is a fast-growing injury law firm seeking a strategic and creative Brand & Engagement Manager to oversee and elevate their brand across all channels. This role involves guiding creative strategy, managing advertising campaigns, and mentoring the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and growth.
Responsibilities
Own and protect the firm’s brand identity across all platforms and marketing initiatives. Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual standards across advertising, social media, and community outreach
Own the strategy, ideation, and execution of the firm’s advertising campaigns across video, billboards, radio, and digital channels. This role is responsible for turning brand ideas into live, in-market campaigns
Lead the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas that drive brand awareness and growth
Partner with our content creation agency to bring concepts to life through high-quality video and ad content
Manage the execution of campaigns, including media planning, buying, and placement (billboards, radio, and digital)
Oversee timelines, budgets, approvals, and launch schedules to ensure campaigns go live smoothly
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to ensure alignment with brand goals and results
Own the firm’s social media strategy from planning through performance
Set audience growth goals and engagement benchmarks across platforms
Oversee and analyze social media analytics, using data to refine strategy and improve results
Manage and support the Marketing Specialist responsible for social media execution
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience growth objectives
Help coordinate and promote community events, partnerships, and sponsorships that strengthen our local presence and reinforce brand values. Ensure events align with broader brand and marketing goals
Work closely with the Director of Marketing, internal teams, and outside partners to ensure alignment across campaigns, initiatives, and long-term brand goals. Provide guidance, feedback, and leadership to support team success
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in brand or marketing roles; experience with traditional marketing (TV, radio, billboards) is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to grow social media audiences and use analytics to inform strategy and improve performance
Comfortable using modern marketing tools, platforms, and emerging technologies (including AI) to work smarter
Brings ideas to the table and enjoys turning concepts into real-world campaigns
Open to feedback, comfortable working cross-functionally, and effective at partnering with agencies and internal teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, take ownership, and move work forward independently
