They are seeking a Trainer: Pre-Qualifying Screener to develop and deliver training programs that equip their team with the necessary skills to determine customer eligibility and handle objections effectively.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs tailored to pre-screeners, focusing on:
Determining customer eligibility based on CoverageX criteria
Handling common rebuttals and overcoming objections with professionalism
Navigating internal systems, CRM, and call scripts with accuracy and efficiency
Conduct role-play exercises and mock calls to strengthen pre-screeners’ confidence
Review recorded calls and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Partner with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and update training content
Reinforce compliance standards and ensure pre-screeners understand regulatory requirements
Track performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Support ongoing skill development through one-on-one coaching and refresher sessions
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in sales training, telemarketing, education, or teaching
Strong understanding of eligibility screening, qualification processes, and objection handling
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and call center technology or ability to learn systems quickly and teach system navigation effectively
Comfortable analyzing performance data and making training recommendations
Ability to motivate new hires and tenured pre-screeners to consistently hit performance goals
Eligibility to obtain a telemarketing license in the state of Texas
