Lead development and launch of new SMT/PCBA lines
Define processes, layouts, and equipment selection
Support NPI and line ramp-up activities
Establish process controls and documentation
Train production teams during new line introductions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2+ years of PCBA or electronics manufacturing experience
Strong experience with SMT line design and NPI
Experience with reflow, placement, inspection, automation
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
