Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects through all phases, from initial concept to construction completion
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring fully integrated and coordinated project documentation
Oversee Revit-based (commercial) or AutoCAD-based (residential) design development. You will review architectural details for technical accuracy and constructability
Participate in site visits, manage RFIs/submittals, and serve as the owner's representative during construction
Guide and mentor junior staff (AD1/AD2 levels), fostering an environment of technical excellence and constant learning
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and compliance with building codes and zoning standards
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of professional architecture experience
Deep knowledge of Revit is required for Commercial/Multi-family focus
Strong understanding of unique residential construction methods and AutoCAD proficiency for Residential focus
Professional degree from a U.S. accredited architecture program
Proven expertise in building detailing, construction documentation, and navigating complex zoning/building codes
Full-time, in-office position based in Beverly, MA (Core hours 9 AM – 3 PM)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
