Senior Workday HCM Consultant – Managed Solutions (AMS)

As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting post-go-live optimization and enhancement initiatives while working closely with stakeholders to configure solutions and recommend best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and support client workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for optimization and enhancement initiatives
Advise clients on Workday leading practices, with a focus on various modules including, but not limited to, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Security, and Reporting
Design and configure Workday solutions that align business needs with system capabilities
Support ongoing optimization efforts, including configuration changes, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution
Partner with clients to improve business processes and drive adoption of Workday capabilities
Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal Skillcentrix team members
Mentor and support less experienced consultants, contributing to team development
Participate in internal initiatives that help evolve Skillcentrix’s Managed Solutions offerings and delivery approach

Required

3-5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, including post–go-live support or optimization work
Demonstrated experience configuring Workday to support evolving business needs
Strong understanding of Talent and HR processes, with the ability to translate requirements into system solutions
Experience advising clients and working in a consultative, client-facing environment
Ability to mentor or support junior consultants
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but may be required periodically)

Preferred

Active Workday certifications strongly preferred: HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Security, Reporting
Bachelor's degree preferred
