Responsibilities
Lead accounting projects end-to-end, including translating technical literature and company policy into actionable requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify scope, requirements, and testing for new initiatives
Anticipate risks and proactively manage issues to ensure timely resolution
Research and document technical accounting positions and communicate effectively to business partners
Prepare and maintain journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations in compliance with GAAP
Support external audits and contribute to process improvements over time
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical accounting experience, including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to document technical conclusions
Proficiency with large accounting software packages (e.g., Oracle Financials)
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in public accounting or large public company environment
CPA preferred
