Sr Service Technician

They are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Service Technician to perform advanced troubleshooting and support for security systems, ensuring high resolution rates and professional customer communication.

Responsibilities
Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security system issues
Serve as a technical escalation point for complex service calls
Support access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems
Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation
Ensure high first-time resolution rates and minimal system downtime
Provide professional customer communication and support
Assist and support other technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 Years of Experience working in similar technical role
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Familiarity with IP/Networking and comfortable navigating various OS evolutions
Solid understanding of SOW's, blueprint drawing comprehension, schematics, and device installation best practices
IP Video Based Certification
Preferred
Brivo, Avigilon, Verkada, C-CURE, Genetec, Bosch, Eagle Eye, Evolve, Motorola, ButterflyMX, Salto, DoorKing
Working knowledge of AMAG, Axis, and ASSA ABLOY preferred
