Responsibilities
Assist the Manufacturing Engineering team in daily operations and improvement projects
Learn and apply basic principles of lean manufacturing and process optimization
Support the creation and updating of work instructions and process documentation
Participate in hands-on activities on the production floor, including troubleshooting and process validation under supervision
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help meet company goals for quality, efficiency, and safety
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75
Excellent communication and willingness to work in a hands-on setting
Strong desire to learn and contribute in a team environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Preferred
Familiarity with CAD software
