Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator

Indiana Bankers Association is providing a state-approved banking apprenticeship program for high school students. They are seeking a Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator to support the launch and growth of Financial Services apprenticeships, strengthen brand presence, and engage employers and prospective students through effective outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

Supports the development and maintenance of partnerships with financial institutions, schools, community organizations, and other key stakeholders
Represent the FSA at local conferences and events, including staffing the FSA booth
Lead informational meetings, onboarding sessions, and facilitate presentations to individual employers, schools, and other partners
Manage program marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns, newsletter creation, program videos, website updates, and other promotional material development ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels
Manage FSA social media accounts and develop a sustained social media outreach plan
Provide overall office support, including maintaining documents and records, preparing materials for meetings and events, coordinating staff logistics, responding to email inquiries, and supporting basic data analysis

Required

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals and organizations
Demonstrated marketing experience, with an emphasis on social media content creation
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects with excellent attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license as some in-state travel is required
Two years of experience in relationship building and/or employer engagement
Two years of marketing experience, including proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (social media, content management, websites)
Experience facilitating meetings or training sessions
Minimum of an associate degree in marketing, business, or related field

Preferred

Experience working with the financial services or education industries
