Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and alignment with business objectives
Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate transactions, including leases and purchase/sale agreements
Handle civil litigation matters, including case assessment, strategy development, and dispute resolution—particularly those involving real estate issues
Conduct legal risk assessments and perform research-driven analysis to support client matters
Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and case strategy discussions
Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
Maintain accurate and organized case documentation while tracking progress on active matters
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality client service
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Active license to practice law in Washington State
3–5 years of experience as a civil litigator, with strong preference for candidates with real estate litigation experience
Background in contract, real estate, or general transactional law
Exceptional legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach
