Defend single plaintiff lawsuits as well as wage and hour class action/PAGA matters

Work directly with clients on strategy decisions

Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings

Qualification

Required

JD degree from an ABA accredited law school

Active California State Bar admission

Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

Preferred

4-6 years of litigation experience, employment law and wage and hour class action/PAGA background strongly preferred
