Responsibilities
Building and maintaining integrations between UKG Ready and third-party systems
Managing data imports, exports, and validation processes
Supporting custom reports and dashboards
Troubleshooting data discrepancies and system errors
Using tools such as APIs, SFTP, SQL, and UKG reporting frameworks
Qualification
Required
Strong technical and data problem-solving skills
Experience working with HRIS integrations and data models
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
