Responsibilities
Supporting maintenance of Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) - i.e. checking once or twice a week on status of returns, making sure every item is barcoded and tracked through the platform
Partner with Associate Coordinator to input new cycles + samples into GPS
Assist with influencer & PR product send-outs for campaigns and sample requests
VIP, PR, & influencer sample trafficking: pulling product, building product, packing, shipping of product, and tracking for shoots, VIP dressings, editorial, and event needs, as well as any last-minute product pulls across the board
Booking shipments and messengers for deliveries
Manage office supplies by ensuring the team is always equipped with the right packaging and shipping materials
Closet / Cabinet Sample Organization & Stage Facility Organization
Place product orders when needed
Qualification
Required
A college degree in a fashion or communication related field
1-2 years of experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Motivation and pride in your work
