Program Manager - Foundation - Part Time Day Shift (20 hr/week) (Non-Union)
The University of Southern California is seeking a Program Manager for the Community Relations Department at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital. The role involves operationalizing the vision of the ARC for the Foothill communities, focusing on educating and assisting older adults in accessing appropriate resources while promoting dignity and independence.

Responsibilities
Operationalize the vision of the ARC for Foothill communities
Educate and assist community members with determining the most appropriate and least restrictive resources for older persons
Qualification
Required
Masters in social work (MSW) or equivalent education in related field such as nursing, psychology, public health or gerontology
Knowledge of health and other issues affecting older adults
Knowledge of resources and social services available to older adults
Direct service provider to individuals and groups, including family caregivers
Experienced supervisor, including to student interns
Experience creating, coordinating and facilitating community partnerships
Experience in providing community group presentations and trainings
Demonstrated skills with networking and fostering collaboration
Experienced in program development, as well as project management
Working knowledge of multiple software applications, including social media
