Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end execution of the projects (from initial assessment and cleansing through sourcing, timeline tracking, reconciliation, final billing approval tasks, and time tracking)
Ensure that projects run smoothly, and issues are managed and escalated effectively
Build trust with internal and external clients by providing a high level of service, clear and timely communications, and a positive attitude
Think critically, evaluate requirements, leverage experience and supply chain partners, re-prioritize based on shifting needs and schedules, and deliver viable solutions to meet client needs
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize client value and company profits
Qualification
Required
Applicants must live and work in a Pacific Time Zone region
High school diploma or equivalent required
Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education
Typically requires minimum 5 years of experience
May require vocational or technical education or certifications in addition to prior work experience
Applies discretion within broad operational boundaries and procedures and provides guidance to junior staff in solving problems
Strong knowledge of production processes for his/her category
Strong knowledge of print/paper/logistics industry practices
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience with print project management software
Works to deliver day-to-day objectives with significant impact on achievement of results for the job area
Operates with limited latitude for actions or decisions, exercising some autonomy in applying standards and procedures
Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area
Relies on moderate experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and solve problems
