Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Manage a litigation caseload involving personal injury matters
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and participate in mediations
Prepare cases for trial and assist in trial proceedings as needed
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Collaborate with support staff to ensure cases move efficiently and ethically
Maintain accurate and timely case documentation

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)Licensed to practice lawPersonal injury experienceCivil litigation experienceLegal writing skillsAnalytical skillsDeadline managementProfessional demeanorTeam-oriented

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Indiana (or ability to obtain licensure promptly)
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Comfortable managing deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
Desire to grow within a collaborative, team-oriented firm

Preferred

3–5 years of personal injury and/or civil litigation experience
