Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of high-impact brand experiences across digital, physical, and environmental platforms
Define, maintain, and evolve Nokia’s visual language across all communication platforms
Develop brand storytelling assets, including presentations, packaging, motion graphics, and interactive media
Create executive-level presentations and visuals that communicate complex ideas in a clear, compelling way
Design and manage brand campaigns that enhance Nokia’s internal culture and external perception
Establish and evolve visual identity guidelines, ensuring best-in-class design standards
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to develop creative solutions to business challenges
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork
Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines
Demonstrates initiative and adaptability to changing business environments. #LI-DNI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Web Design, Media Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Web Design, Media Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience
1 year of experience with Adobe CS Creative Suite, Figma and Motion Design software
1 year of experience with interactive animation and prototyping tools: Adobe After Effect or Principal
1 year of experience with Maze for usability testing
1 year of experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
1 year of experience designing presentations, packaging and visuals for internal projects and campaigns
Domestic travel up to 10% required
International travel up to 5% required
