They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to build their Sales team by recruiting senior sales talent focused on US health systems, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
You’ll be the main recruiting partner for our Sales roles
You’ll help define what “good” looks like and how we assess it - moving quickly without cutting corners
You’ll spend a lot of time finding and engaging senior sales candidates - people who aren’t actively looking but could be a great fit
You’ll need to understand how we sell and who we sell to - but most importantly, what makes someone successful in long, complex healthcare sales cycles
Along the way, you’ll make sure candidates have a great experience, keep things organised and keep improving how we hire as the team scales
Qualification
Required
Track record recruiting Sales staff in the US
Understanding of enterprise sales roles and long deal cycles
Ability to spot strong sales talent early
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Happy collaborating across time zones
Practical and organised
Care about doing things well - not just quickly
Enjoy building teams that make a real impact
Preferred
Experience working with teams in the Health Tech space
