Brute Force Energy is seeking a Senior Electrical / Controls Systems Engineer to lead and execute complex electronic and control system projects for mobile equipment. The role requires strong technical expertise in electrical, controls, and power system design, along with collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines and mentoring of other engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex electrical and control system design projects for mobile equipment

Perform technical system design including controls and power distribution

Implement new technologies in electronic and control system design

Establish and promote best practices incorporating Reliability, Health, Safety, and Environment (RHSE) principles

Select and apply appropriate empirical and analytical methods for design verification

Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards

Produce accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement

Contribute innovative and commercially viable solutions
