Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement predictive models to identify the most profitable prospects across various business channels
Perform model validation and back testing to ensure robustness and accuracy of predictive analytics
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can optimize marketing and customer engagement strategies
Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning to develop response, premium, and risk models for targeted marketing efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable business decisions and recommendations
Qualification
Required
MS/PHD in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (PHD preferred)
2+ years of professional experience in a hands-on statistical modeling or analytics role, ideally in marketing analytics or customer analytics
Strong foundation in statistical methods with experience constructing predictive models end-to-end
Experience working with messy, real-world datasets and explaining analytical results clearly
Proficiency in SQL, SAS Programming, and familiarity with model deployment considerations such as monitoring and model refreshes
