The role involves collaborating with the founder and key stakeholders to shape product direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure products deliver meaningful value to partners.

Responsibilities
Expand and evolve the Token Relations’ product and roadmap across existing initiatives and new growth areas
Work closely with the founder to translate company goals into clear product direction, prioritization, and measurable success metrics
Introduce structure to product discovery, prioritization, and execution by implementing frameworks, processes, and standards that scale across teams
Work closely with our product manager to refine problem definition, improve execution quality, and decision-making rigor
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, research, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and feature ideas using customer insight, onchain and off-chain data, and strategic fit
Act as a point of product clarity and judgment as the company scales, helping the team make high-impact tradeoffs and decisions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in product management or product strategy roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, data, or institutional-facing platforms
Strong technical background across full-stack systems, including React/Next.js/TypeScript, Python, and backend services in production environments
Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, APIs, and event-driven or serverless architectures, including rate limiting and backoff strategies
Advanced data fundamentals including SQL, Postgres, time-series data modeling, and analytics workflows
Proficiency with Vercel, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
Deep understanding of blockchain data structures including RPC endpoints and nodes and tools like The Graph and Dune Analytics
Strong background building and shipping analytics products, dashboards, and data visualization interfaces for broad audiences
Strong product leadership: owning roadmaps, prioritization decisions, and operating in fast-moving environments
Strong communication skills, sound product judgment, and experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
Preferred
Based in NYC preferred, but will consider other highly qualified US candidates
