Provider Partnership Manager

As a Provider Partnerships Manager, you will focus on building relationships with healthcare providers to increase patient referrals for sleep care services, ensuring that more patients have access to essential sleep support.

Responsibilities
Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately 4-hour driving radius of your territory
Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners
Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners who rely on Moona for their patients’ sleep care
Develop authentic, long-term relationships not only with providers but also with clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals
Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team
Qualification
Required
proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred)
demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership
strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect across the entire office - from physicians to medical assistants, office managers, and staff
proficiency with CRM software and a comfort with quickly learning new systems
exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities
must be located in San Francisco Bay Area, California
must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position
