Write and manage project specifications
Lead project meetings and track progress
Identify and report project status
Qualification
Required
Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Technology
3+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on site construction administration
Experience in fast-paced, design-focused environments
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office
Preferred
Familiarity with Revit, Lumion, Rhino, Land F/X, is a plus
