Responsibilities
NetSuite user support: transactions, workflows, saved searches, roles, and permissions
Support and monitoring of ERP integrations (iPaaS, AP automation, warehouse/inventory systems)
Assist with testing, deployments, and system enhancements
Support audit readiness, access controls, and validated system processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years supporting NetSuite
Experience with integrations or automation tools
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Regulated or compliance-focused environment experience
Hands-on NetSuite support (Tier 1–2)
Exposure to ERP integrations, automation, and warehouse systems
Work within a compliance-driven environment (SOX/GxP)

Must be able to pass and clear background check and Drug Test prior to starting
