Responsibilities

Gather requirements and align Salesforce solutions with business goals
Document functional designs, user stories, and support UAT within the Salesforce lifecycle
Optimize Salesforce workflows, data, and reporting; provide Tier 2 support
Develop training materials, lead user sessions, and drive platform adoption
Evaluate emerging Salesforce features (AI, automation, Revenue Cloud, etc.) and recommend enhancements
Manage integrations with ERP, finance, and customer service platforms; ensure data integrity and scalability

Qualification

Salesforce Administrator certificationSalesforce lifecycle experienceConfiguration skillsData management skillsReporting skillsProblem-solving abilitiesCommunication skillsFacilitation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years as a Salesforce Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant
Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certs preferred
Strong configuration, data management, and reporting skills
Experience with Salesforce lifecycle, governance, and change management
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel up to 20%
