Vice President, National Account Sales

TriMark USA is the country’s largest provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry. The Divisional Vice President, National Accounts is responsible for leading the sales strategy and performance of the National Accounts Dept, driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and managing a high-performing team of Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Account Executives team within the assigned division, setting clear objectives and priorities to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets, acquire new clients, and maximize sales opportunities within existing accounts
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor
Lead strategic account planning efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs and objectives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of client strategies with overall business objectives and delivery capabilities
Oversee the performance of the Account Executives team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded
Set and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards sales objectives and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute divisional sales strategies, aligning sales objectives with company goals and market trends
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and sales performance metrics
Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for divisional sales initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience
20+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams
Extensive industry knowledge and a strong network of contacts
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic and competitive market environment
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable sales strategies
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance
