Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support as directed

Monitor service notifications, download and save documents in iManage and circulate to team members as appropriate

Process matters for closing

Assist with reception coverage, including answering telephone and directing calls, greeting office visitors, and preparing conference rooms for meetings

Manage and update data using Excel spreadsheets

Other administrative tasks as assigned

Required

1+ years of office experience

High level of motivation with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to multitask, successfully manage and prioritize a variety of demands daily, and take direction from support staff and attorneys

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Extremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize a heavy workload

Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Preferred

Experience with databases and data entry a plus
