System Analyst III
Brooksource is looking for a Systems Analyst to evaluate and improve IT systems to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing system requirements, designing solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to implement and support system changes.
Responsibilities
Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or automation
Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
Design and propose system solutions that align with organizational goals
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and end users to implement and test system changes
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and efficiency
Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and support procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required
5-7 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques
Familiarity with databases, software development life cycles, and IT infrastructure
Effective communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical users
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with documentation and process mapping tools
