RES is a company focused on restoration and sustainability, seeking individuals who are passionate about making an environmental impact. The Nursery Worker will prepare fields for cultivation, plant trees and grasses, and maintain farm equipment, all while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Prepare fields for cultivation, make rows, dig holes, plant trees, plant wetland/upland grasses and plugs at the nursey and at the planting jobs located within the nursery's metropolitan statistical area

Spray various chemicals and fertilizers, mix soil, harvest and plant tree seedlings by hand

Operate and perform field and shed sanitation

Maintain farm equipment

Walk, lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, bend, reach and kneel repetitively for long periods of time
