They are hiring a remote Administrative & Client Support Professional to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage internal operations, and ensure an exceptional client experience across onboarding, billing, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client-facing coordinator for assigned accounts: triage inquiries, respond to emails/chats, and manage SLA-driven escalations
Own client onboarding and offboarding workflows—prepare welcome materials, schedule kickoffs, coordinate access, and track milestones to completion
Maintain CRM and ticketing hygiene: update account records, log interactions, create tickets, and generate status reports for stakeholders
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and cross-functional handoffs for internal teams and external clients, including minute-taking and action-item follow-up
Support billing and reconciliation: prepare invoices, track payments with finance, and assist in resolving billing queries
Create and maintain SOPs, client-facing documentation, and recurring operational reports to improve efficiency and consistency
Qualification
Required
Proven administrative or client support experience in a fully remote environment
Strong written communication and professional client-facing skills
Experience with HubSpot CRM or Salesforce for account management and activity logging
Experience with Zendesk or other helpdesk ticketing platforms
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting and coordination
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SOPs, onboarding checklists, and client documentation
Preferred
Familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero for basic invoicing and payment reconciliation support
Prior experience supporting clients in construction, real estate, or PropTech services
Background in customer success, account coordination, or operations in a SaaS-enabled services company
