Responsibilities
Facilitate youth groups and teach skills that support emotional and behavioral growth
Plan and implement youth programming during and after school hours
Develop curriculum, track goals, and complete documentation that meets clinical standards
Communicate effectively with youth, families, schools, and internal teams
De-escalate youth concerns and manage group dynamics in a safe and therapeutic way
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners
Maintain professional boundaries with youth, families, and staff
Protect confidentiality in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualification
Required
QMHS + CDCA required; 2+ years youth behavioral health experience
Strong communication and group facilitation skills
Comfortable leading groups and influencing behavior change
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, documentation software)
Preferred
LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC (preferred)
Program or project management experience strongly preferred
Experience with youth behavioral health, outreach, or school programming preferred
