Responsibilities
Develop and enhance the inflation franchise by providing accurate pricing, insightful commentary, and thorough analysis to clients
Fulfill primary and secondary market-making obligations, ensuring liquidity and efficient market operations
Collaborate with the US Rates Trading team to improve existing infrastructure and develop innovative tools to support trading activities
Focus on macroeconomic and quantitative aspects of the market, with a particular interest in inflation dynamics
Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions and transactions
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in trading or market-making, preferably within the inflation or rates markets
strong modeling skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate market insights and strategies effectively
high integrity and ethical standards in all professional activities
Preferred
master's degree in a quantitative field is preferred
demonstrated curiosity about markets, particularly inflation, and a proactive approach to learning and development
