Responsibilities

Conduct end‑to‑end third‑party risk assessments, ensuring a secure, compliant, and well‑managed vendor ecosystem
Lead the development and execution of a best‑in‑class governance framework overseeing the full vendor lifecycle—from intake and risk review, through contracting and performance monitoring, to offboarding
Help the organization stay ahead of vendor risk through ongoing intelligence and analysis:
Monitor vendor signals using Supply Wisdom and Black Kite
Identify emerging risks through trend and anomaly detection
Maintain real‑time vendor risk profiles
Coordinate vendor reassessments based on risk tiering
Build dashboards & KPIs that communicate key insights across the business
Strengthen vendor performance, compliance, and transparency:
Support testing & rollout of ProcessUnity’s Vendor Performance Platform
Maintain segmentation and inventory of the organization’s most strategic suppliers
Develop governance procedures, guidelines, and training materials
Prepare risk and performance reporting for Procurement & business leadership
Partner with Procurement to manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Serve as the liaison for internal and external supplier governance inquiries

Required

5+ years of Third‑Party Risk Management & Assessment experience
Strong background with performance‑ and risk‑based metrics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

Preferred

Experience with ProcessUnity, Workday Strategic Sourcing, Supply Wisdom, or Black Kite
Ability to produce high‑quality presentations for senior leaders
Knowledge of procurement orchestration tools such as Zip, Omnea, etc
