Territory Sales Manager
Nter Talent is supporting a fast-growing THC beverage brand in their search for a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the San Diego and Inland Empire markets. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on driving revenue, opening new dispensary doors, leading in-store activations, and building strong relationships with buyers and budtenders.
Responsibilities
Grow and manage a defined retail account base
Drive new door acquisition and store launches
Lead in-store demos, staff trainings, and activations
Manage SKU performance, reorders, and merchandising
Partner with distributors and internal teams to ensure execution
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years cannabis CPG sales experience (beverage preferred)
Strong local retail relationships in San Diego/Inland Empire
Comfortable in the field leading demos and activations
Highly organised with strong CRM and forecasting skills
