Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in setting the annual goal and identifying potential Indie Agencies for JBP deals
Lead and guide the deal agency negotiation with regional sales teams in NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM
Assess the needs of customization of Joined Business Plan (JBP) and identify necessary resources associated with the opportunities
Decompose JBPs into quarterly goals and actions to guide the sales teams to secure growth opportunities
Optimize deal management process and workflow

Qualification

Required

5+ years experience in business development or business operations in the advertising industry
Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
