Responsibilities
Partner closely with Operations and cross-functional business teams to ensure consistent quality performance across products and processes
Support investigations related to manufacturing complaints and product field actions
Assess and disposition internal non‑conforming material within MRB, issuing NCs as appropriate
Own and manage internal and supplier-driven Non‑Conformances (NC) and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) records in Trackwise
Ensure timely processing, follow‑up, and closure of NC and CAPA activities
Lead or support cross-functional teams in resolving top quality issues with urgency and accuracy
Collaborate with suppliers to address non‑conformances; escalate and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) when needed
Execute and track Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs) , coordinating assessments and approvals with internal stakeholders
Support manufacturing transfers between facilities, ensuring quality requirements are met
Identify and drive opportunities for supplier part certification
Contribute to development and enhancement of internal manufacturing and distribution processes for existing products
Perform evaluations and qualify internal or supplier‑proposed changes, including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities
Participate in, and potentially lead, the creation or revision of quality procedures
Support validation and qualification activities for processes, equipment, and Measurement System Analyses (MSA)
Maintain and analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and take proactive action based on insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required
1+ years of experience
Strong multi-tasking ability
Excellent communication skills
Effective problem-solving mindset
