Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & Content Updates
Support day-to-day website updates including product listings, event pages, and promotional content
Coordinate with creative and product teams to ensure visuals, copy, and assets are accurate and compliant
Partner with vendors and developers to troubleshoot and enhance website functionality
Implement keyword strategies and page optimizations to improve organic visibility
Maintain metadata, site structure, and basic SEO best practices
Collaborate with external SEO partners to track and report on performance metrics
Build and deploy email campaigns using approved content and templates
Manage audience segmentation, contact list hygiene, and automated workflows in HubSpot
Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, unsubscribes) and deliver insights to improve campaign results
Assist in trafficking assets and updating creative for paid search, display, and social campaigns managed by internal or agency partners
Monitor live campaigns for accuracy, correct tagging, and optimization opportunities
Consolidate ad performance data and communicate results to the marketing team
Monitor digital KPIs in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and HubSpot dashboards
Compile and summarize monthly performance data for leadership review
Support Marketing Operations by validating tracking accuracy and tagging consistency
Work closely with Brand, Channel, and Product Marketing to ensure digital campaigns reflect broader brand goals
Coordinate with Marketing Operations and Compliance on asset approval and data governance
Collaborate with agencies to ensure timelines and deliverables are met across digital channels

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution, preferably within cannabis, CPG, or retail
Practical knowledge of CRM tools, email platforms, and analytics systems (HubSpot and GA4 experience preferred)
Familiarity with basic web management tools and SEO best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana or similar)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort working with data and basic performance metrics
Ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies
