Responsibilities
You’ll lead the region private banking team, manage balance sheet, profit and loss, and risk metrics, and champion growth in loans, deposits, assets under management, and overall revenue
You’ll drive new client acquisition and retention by organizing market campaigns, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for cross-business introductions
You’ll recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of private bankers and advisors, set clear performance expectations, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment
You’ll build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients, serve as their primary resource for lending and deposit needs, and ensure delivery of comprehensive banking solutions
You’ll ensure portfolio quality and compliance, oversee deal structuring and underwriting, and maintain accurate risk ratings and reporting for the region
Qualification
Required
You have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field
You have a minimum of 15 years' experience developing and managing lending, deposit, and asset management relationships with high-net-worth clients
You are proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced financial analysis and modeling skills
Preferred
Formal credit training is a plus
