Print Production, Senior Assistant

Responsibilities
Operating large production-class printers
Folding and inserting documents into envelopes using high-capacity inserter machines
Performing other mailroom functions throughout the day
Verifying print jobs against documentation
Completing printing, inserting, postage stamping
Communicating job completion within strict timeframes
Qualification
Required
Experience in a print or mailroom setting
Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, Outlook, PDF tools)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Ability to pass background and drug screening
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Experience operating: Neopost/Pitney Bowes Class inserters
Experience operating: Xerox production-class printers
Prior experience in a similar or related role
Bachelor's degree or specialized training preferred
