Responsibilities
AI platform development to improve DevOps and Infra workflows
Software design, interface design, micro service development, java back-end development, workflow development and testing
Develops AI prompts and other strategies to improve the consistency, relevance and accuracy of LLM workflows and Agentic AI experiences
Works with Team Leads, applications architects and QA testers
Deliver quality code with proper documentation that meet the needs of the business
Helps drive Agentic AI adoption within the EngOps team
Qualification
Required
AI platform development to improve DevOps and Infra workflows
Software design, interface design, micro service development, java back-end development, workflow development and testing
Develops AI prompts and other strategies to improve the consistency, relevance and accuracy of LLM workflows and Agentic AI experiences
Works with Team Leads, applications architects and QA testers
Deliver quality code with proper documentation that meet the needs of the business
Helps drive Agentic AI adoption within the EngOps team
3 to 5 years of experience (or more) If only Agentic Systems - can be hands-on Agentic framework related experience so ~ 1 year or more
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering Degree , AI, Engineering, or a related field is typically required
Problem-solving - with strong analytical skills (should be able to tackle complex issue and AI hurdles
Adaptability - proactive and a good mindset in a fast-paced AI world
Strong communication skills - should be able to also deep dive into technical AI insights (not just non-technical communications)
Collaboration - Experience working as a team and as an independent contributor
Ethical AI - secure deployments, responsible and ethical AI practices
Typescript, Nest.js (and how they can be used for AI / Agentic AI)
Python (and how it can be used for AI Work)
AI/ML Concepts - Knowledge and implementation experience
Deep understanding of prompts, strategies RAG. GenAI, AI
LLMs - Knowledge and implementation experience
Agentic Frameworks - Knowledge and implementation experience
Deep understanding of Context Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Web Scraping Tools
Understanding of MCPs, Agentic RAG (Supabase, Vectorize, Pinecone, Weaviate are all a plus), Evals, Tools etc
Programming - strong programming skills in Python, Typescript, Nest.js, Go, Java Software
Systems Engineering - APIs, REST APIS, understanding CI/CD, Docker, K8s
Cloud understanding is critical
Knowledge and working experience with Figma, Windsurf, Replit are a must have
Preferred
A PhD may be a plus for senior roles
Certifications: AI related Cloud JavaScript and associated frameworks Data related
Experience with Claude Code, Cursor are a huge plus
