Archinect is a multidisciplinary architecture and design practice seeking an Office Coordinator to support their daily operations. The role involves general office administration, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting project and office filing systems.

Responsibilities
General office administration, including supply orders, material library organization, mailing and shipping, and overall studio upkeep
Providing direct support to Gabriel Calatrava by managing his calendar
Organizing project meetings with Project Leaders
Coordinating business travel
Maintaining project and office filing systems
Supporting the Studio Director and Marketing Director with correspondence and project specific administrative tasks
Managing all office purchasing, including software, technology, furniture, supplies, and snacks
Tracking expenses
Obtaining signatures, visa documentation for travel
Overseeing the overall organization and cleanliness of the studio in preparation for regular guest visits
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable administrative or office support role is required
Proficiency in Outlook, Zoom, and Excel
Preferred
Candidates with an eye for graphic design - and a desire to develop skills in Adobe Creative Suite—are strongly preferred
